Denver International Airport’s HVAC and Building Services team are looking for Maintenance Technicians to work side by side with our extremely skilled and world class trades professionals. This team is responsible for all comfort needs of our airport guests and tenants. Our team works a broad variety of issues from day-to-day preventative maintenance to emergency response repair in various environments.

Additional responsibilities include:

Performs work not requiring a license on a regular basis in one or more trades areas including welding, carpentry, glazing, tool machinery, mechanical maintenance, minor electrical, minor heating and ventilating, minor refrigeration and air conditioning, and painting

Assists journey level trades workers in the construction, maintenance, and repair of a variety of machinery, equipment, and facility systems and structures

Performs maintenance, repair, and replacement of broken equipment or parts including electronics, and hydraulics

Cleans, adjusts, and lubricates engines, pumps, and compressors and replaces belts and filters

Inspect facilities and equipment to identify construction, maintenance and repair needs including estimating materials, labor, time, and cost of repairs

Participates in snow removal duties and performs other related duties as assigned

About You

This position provides good work-life balance offering 10 hour, 4-day work weeks and the opportunity for shift differential (12% midnights, 7% swings). There is also the opportunity for overtime and a future trades apprenticeship for growth and development. We will also train and pay for you to obtain your CDL.
